Steve was the driving force behind setting up The Collingwood Group. He believes in success through Management ², an ethos that is not only based on strong leadership, but a commitment and ability at all levels to achieve shared organisational goals; it is not just the managers that are important.
Steve has brought together a number of consultants that specialise in different areas of training and organisational development. This enables The Collingwood Group to provide integrated training and development that meet all the client needs.
Personally, Steve has a vast experience in training from the jungle to the classroom. After serving thirteen years in the Coldstream Guards he moved into corporate training, specilaising in leadership and personal development, team building, effective communications and problem solving.
Steve has helped numerous organisations, large and small, achieve their goals by developing their staff and working practices.
