Four planks, that's it. That's all you get to negotiate The Green Mile.
Without good planning, communication and the drive to succeed, it ain't gonna happen!!
This one's all about communication, with a large amount of silliness thrown in for good measure!
It's got whistles, bleating, oinking and blindfolds...Need we say more?

Tricky, a problem solving dilemma.
Not only is there a great divide to cross, but there's also the difficulty of limited resources.
Ingenuity, teamwork and brainpower are needed for a successful result.
Again problem solving, but with much more of a design twist to it.
The ability to plan and forecast are also essential in this thought provoking task.
You really do have to build your own rollercoaster in this one!!
Up against the clock, and again with limited resources, your team has to build a shelter, pronto!!
Be warned though, if the shelter doesn't work you WILL get wet!!!

It's always good to round off the day with an informal de-brief.
We like to combine this with some 'special' prizes being awarded.
The day then finishes with a fun pub quiz and drinks all round.

"I really enjoyed the opportunity to be in a team with my workmates in such a fun way. The activities were lively, challenging and varied with good guidance, support and encouragement from the facilitators.
"The best thing was "Babe" the sheep pig, the sense of achievement for our team as we successfully negotiated the obstacle course was a real high.
"As the string was about to break and my manager was struggling to keep her feet with her arms flailing like a windmill, I knew that back in the office we would not be able to look at each other without laughing, this was my funniest moment of the day."
